Q :
Can I use my own images on the plates you supply?
A :
Yes - When designing your plates you can send an image to us at:
Sales@masterplate.co.uk and we will gladly add this for you at no extra charge.
Q :
Can I use my plates on the road legally?
A :
If you have designed the plates legally so that only Standard/Hi-Line/Carbon or 3D
fonts are used, the spacing is correct, only GB Euro or Welsh badges are applied and
NO slogan then YES. The BS details will need to be on the plate in the bottom-right
corner (very small). All other designs are technically not for road use and you are
responsible for how they are used.
Q :
How long do my plates take to arrive?
A :
Royal Mail parcel deliveries average out at around 1-2 working days. Special
Delivery is available for 'next working day by 13:00' service, but please contact us in
advance to arrange this.
Q :
How will I know that the quality of my order will be right?
A :
All orders are individually inspected and have to pass our strict quality assurance
programme before they are despatched.
